Hi I'm Molly!

Well actually, that was the name my parents were going to call me but it didn't seem quite right at the time. My name is Mairi. Which I love but...... It's hard to pronounce. Like calamari, without the cala... So I've adopted Molly for my online endevours, and Mars is what my friends call me by so... MOLLY MADE MARS

I like to make things. Anything and everything!

I graduated quite a few moons ago with a degree in Sculpture, Installation and Film. Since then I have played around most media I can think of! I've designed and made clothing, done sign writing, painting, dabbled in window design, made jewellery, lusted after every camera out there, experimented with screen printing, and tried embroidery. I while away the nights with crochet and make my bread and butter as a stylist........ (sometimes!)

I have always been fascinated with pattern and colour. And experimentation. Which is why I have fallen in love with polymer clay. No matter what you expect to produce, most likely a happy mistake will send you in a completely different direction. I am continually excited by the possibilities of the simple combinations of shape and colour.
